For the Peanut-Lime Dressing

• 0.6 tbsp soy sauce
• 0.4 tbsp rice vinegar
• 0.4 lime
• 0.2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
• 0.2 tbsp maple syrup
• 0.2 tbsp fresh ginger
• 0.2 garlic clove, grated
• 0.3 tsp sriracha, optional
